We are excited to announce we are expanding our coverage area to serve clients within a 30 mile radius of Rochester, NY starting February 10th! Contact us to request an appointment.

SCHEDULING FOR ALL COVERAGE AREAS: We are available by phone daily from 8am - 8pm, including weekends and holidays, to help you navigate end of life decisions for your beloved pet. If we do not answer during these hours we are likely on the line with another family so please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Messages left after 8pm will be followed up the following morning after 8am. We currently have been able to schedule in-home visits within 24 to 72 hours. If same day visit is requested and we are able to accomodate the request, a $25 same day visit charge applies. (Please note that we cannot guarantee a same day visit.) Our Comfort Center hours are variable depending on staffing availability and are by APPOINTMENT ONLY so please call ahead of time to make arrangements there.

Our Comfort Center is located on Onondaga Hill in the Velakso Professional Complex located between Velakso and McDonald Roads. There is parking lot access from either road. We are located in the rear building and our entrance is at the rear of the building. We have a separate entrance with a glass door with our signage on it. Please note that Stack Veterinary Hospital has a physical therapy center in the same building and their main clinic is directly on Velasko Road. Please be sure you have the correct clinic so we do not disturb their patients. Our Comfort Center hours are variable depending on staffing availability and are by APPOINTMENT ONLY so please call ahead of time to make arrangements there. Thank you!

Since the COVID-19 pandemic started we have experienced a huge increase in demand for our services. Our desire is always to be able to come to you right away to help your pet but often that is not possible due to our availability and commitments to other families. We try to be available as much as possible but we are a small practice servicing a large area and may not be immediately available to help your pet. Thank you for understanding.
